Energise Squared runs a large team of event professionals and fundraising administrators, who are on hand to work with our various client projects. Our wider event team are always available to provide event management and professional assistance at all events we undertake.
The company is led by our Senior Management Team, who have over 45 years of combined experience in all areas of fundraising and event management.
The face of Energise Squared, Hilary is an experienced and respected event specialist and fundraiser. A former senior manager at Norwood, for the past twenty years she has worked with and advised numerous charities in-house and on a consultancy basis. Her expertise spans national events, major donor campaigns, trust and foundation submissions, and mentoring.
Hilary personally oversees the work for every client, offering unique guidance and direct input. In her free time, Hilary is an avid musician, and enjoys playing the piano and harp.
As the member of the team responsible for client liaison, Juliet offers daily support to all clients. As well as organising events and logistical planning, Juliet works on existing fundraising processes to streamline many of our clients' fundraising operations. With a background in community affairs, Juliet often works on trusts and foundation research and applications on behalf of clients.
In her free time, Juliet likes going for long walks through the fields of Hertfordshire with her Cockapoo, Charlie, and is an avid Pilates fan.
Sara, a former member of Hilary's Norwood team, has worked with Hilary since 2005. Sara now deals with all client account and finance enquiries. Although Sara now works predominantly in the finance field, her background is Major Donor Fundraising, and as such she offers key skills and expertise when the team are in need of extra support. Sara's calm nature and fine attention to detail is an invaluable asset to the team.
Sara enjoys spending time with her four children.
